At SECRETCOCO INT, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SECRETCOCO account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form or authorization code inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
